Surya Bhedan

Relax into Padmasana, Virasana, or Siddhasana. Go into Jaladhara Bandha – placing chin to chest with spine pin strait. Place the back of the left hand on the left knee, perform Jnana Mudra, lift the right hand up to the face, and bring the index and middle fingers to the palm.
