Kalesvara mudra is dedicated to the lord of time and helps us by clearing conflicting thoughts and making us calmer. It helps us in contemplating and observing our character, addictions and behavior over time, opening the door for change. To perform this mudra, you need to join the middle fingers together and touch the first two joints of the index fingers and touch your thumbs. Bend the remaining fingers inward. Point your thumbs toward your chest and spread your elbows to the outside. Observe your breath and lengthen the pause after inhalation and after exhalation.
1. Calms anxious thoughts and agitated feelings.
