Bronchial Mudra helps in ailing respiratory problems, acute attacks of bronchial asthma by regulating the consumption of oxygen by our body. To perform this mudra, you need to place your little-finger at the base of your thumb and the ring finger on the upper thumb joint, and the middle finger on the pad of the thumb. Extend your index finger. If a person gets an acute asthma attack, then he should perform this mudra as it enlarges the bronchial tube and can help in fighting the asthma attack naturally. This mudra should be performed for 5 minutes thrice a day.
